Welcome to my summary of an applied research project in health professions education. This site is oriented towards educators and has been developed as part of the Masters of Education in Educational Technology & Health Professions program at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. Following please find some guidelines to help you navigate this workshop.
Workshop Overview
By completing this workshop you will be able to explain the significance of research in the field of medical education and the characteristics of a good research question. The research we will focus on in this workshop involves investigating the impact of the modality effect in online medical education modules.

About Me
I'm an Assistant Professor of Pathology and Dermatology in the Boonshoft School of Medicine at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. I'm a practicing dermatopathologist and teach pathology to first and second year medical students as well as dermatopathology to our dermatology residents.
